How should you approach sales on social channels?

Setting up and running Social Media channels is one thing, but actually looking to sell through Social Media channels requires an entirely different approach.

We believe that for you to have any chance of being able to promote and successfully sell your product or service through Social Media you need to think more about looking to distribute engaging material, to build person to person bonds and to nurture those relationships to build trust.

You should not look to rush in for the hard-sell as this simply won’t work on Social Media, users online need to have the confidence in your messages as well as being incentivised to both maintain interest and potentially act.

What you’ll find is that if you get the basics right and start building a base of relevant and engaged followers or fans then monetisation will follow.
